REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Verum Lab (operated by Jarvik Holdings OÜ).

1. 90-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind our products with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If within 90 days of receiving your order the product has not performed as described, email us and we will refund your order in full — no return shipping, no restocking fee. You do not need to return an opened bottle to qualify.

2. How to start a return

Email theverumlab@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear.

4. Return shipping

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact theverumlab@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.

6. Non-returnable items

Opened products may still be returned under our 90-day money-back guarantee (§1). Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.

7. EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. This right is in addition to the return policy above.
